What we do:
Giving training for a better future
It takes a village to raise a child is an African proverb that means that an entire community of people must interact with children for those children to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment. The community is the basis of existence in Africa.
We run and plan programs:
-
that can provide women with a profession and a livelihood, thereby helping to reduce their social vulnerability,
-
we teach computer skills to teachers so they can make education more effective and interesting,
-
we organise washable pad making courses as a solution to menstrual poverty
-
we conduct health education and train trainers for such education, during which we pass on knowledge about fertility and childbirth and provide answers to questions that arise,
-
we train trainers who present environmental problems and their possible solutions to the community.
