Michael is 9 years old starts Grade 4 in September. He is raised in a family with three boys; he is the middle child; his elder brother is in SHS already. His mother is a cook; the father is a driver. Michael’s favourite subject is science as they learn about climate change and the bad effects of burning rubbish. He finds math and history challenging as he keeps forgetting the dates and names of important people. He wants to be a soldier or a policeman as he loves the uniforms. At home he does his homework, studies with his elder brother and helps her mum with cooking and washing the dishes. He loves football, which he plays a lot with his brothers and friends.
