Anafi Konate

The 9-year-old, 2nd grader Anafi grows up in a family of four children. The father "travels," which in other words means that he has left the family. The mother sells flour in the market for a living. Both parents went to school. All the children go to school, the oldest is now graduating. Anafi is the 3rd child. According to her mother "he's a good kid, there's nothing wrong with him." He studies very well. He is among the best in his class. After school he writes his homework and then goes to karate. He has a red belt. He really likes it. He goes to the store for helping his mother, if she needs something. He loves to read. He would like to have a roller skate. If he grows up, he will be a minister!
